1. Prizes will be awarded for the months of May and June 2008, according to the following schedule (note all amounts are in Australian Dollars):

2. Players will have their prize increased if they have opened a IASbet account and turned over a minimum of $50 in the first 15 days of the month.
3. Only picks entered where the market has a closing British Standard Time (BST) within the calendar month will be included in the leaderboards
4. Prize money will be deposited as a Free Bet into the participants IASbet betting account
5. Prizes can only be spent on the IASbet site by selecting them from the Free Bet menu. IASbet Free Bet Terms and Conditions apply.
6. Participants are required to have or to open a IASbet betting account in order to claim their prize
7. The free bets will be deposited in the participants account approximately two weeks after the month has ended
8. The winnings from any free bet has to be turned over at least twice before a withdrawal can be made
9. Only one prize per month will be issued to any one individual or account that could possibly be a duplicate account.
10. Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in the competition and be eligible for prizes
11. Winners will be decided by the tipster with the best Performance Index
12. Participants can view the leaderboards by selecting "Leaderboards" from the Tipster Menu, then choosing the relevant competition and month
13. Participants must enter at least 10 picks in the relevant competition to be eligible for prizes
14. Owners and employers of Picks Warehouse will not be entitled to win any prizes
15. Picks Warehouse reserves the right to allocate prizes or cancel a participants eligibility to a prize if they believe the tipster has not tipped fairly or in the spirit of the game
16. Picks Warehouse take no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect details given by the participant
17. Picks Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss or damaged suffered or sustained throughout the competition
18. A person who enters a competition releases from and indemnifies the Picks Warehouse team from and against all liability, costs, loss or expense, arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in any competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
19. Picks Warehouse assumes no responsibility for any error, whether through data entry, computer fault, or other.
20. Participants have 5 days after the completion of the month to register any complaints or notifications of errors.
21. Picks Warehouse reserves the right to correct any error at any stage prior to allocating prizes. Once prizes are awarded, the decision is final.
22. Picks Warehouse reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to disqualify any individuals.
23. Picks Warehouse reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or modify the Competitios or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
24. The promotion ends at the completion of June 2008.
